I like these a lot, but they are not perfect. If you want to wear thick socks, you'll have to size up - otherwise, chilly feet. The heel is stiff and can dig into the back of your anle when walking. They will not stand up to wet snow. On the plus side, they are super cute, they have a great flat sole good for walking in snow, they are warm on the calves because of the faux fur. Fit my 19" calves right out of the box, but the laces will allow for even wider calves. Also, they don't slide down (a problem I always have with Ave boots). Love them.

      I just received these boots today. I was really excited to wear them I figured they would keep me warm. I bought the Grey ones beautiful I liked the style. I am sad I have to return them reason they are really wide which was to wide fir my ankles. I had too much room. My daughter has calfs and ankles really bigger than minds and they were still too big around ankle area.

      I would recommend them to amyone who needs the room. Excellent Boot.

            I just love these boots! I bought the grey colored boots. I was a little hesitant as I thought the exterior (bottom sole) would be too light, taking into consideration that the sole is light tan. But no they are great the exterior sole is much different than pictured (deeper in color) ! The feel is comfortable, the look is trendy!
