This one has a lower waist than most and I bought it mainly for variety. I'm glad I did. It is flattering. And a good addition to my wardrobe.                         Its a tad bit snug in the area that has the banded/tie area. But not too bad. I am in between a 26/28 and 30/32 so it may fit fin for people who are true 26/28. Overall though I LOVE IT!!!
