Comments about Cruz Stretch Back Tall Riding Boot:

Very cute boot, but it's too wide. They should offer a medium width as well, not all plus size women have wide calfs/feet. The boot buckles at the bottom, not snug at all as it should be. Unfortunately they'll be returned.

Comments about Cruz Stretch Back Tall Riding Boot:

I'm a 8.5 2E with 18.5 calf width. I usually buy a half size bigger since i'm diabetic. I was excited when I found this boot. I got a 9W and it fit great. It has this stretchy material that contours to the leg. Definitely give this boot a try! I have received compliments on how well it looks.

    Disappointed

Comments about Cruz Stretch Back Tall Riding Boot:

I fell in love with these when I saw them and had to order them. I have fairly wide calves but do not have wide feet. I tried these thinking that the wide width wouldn't make too much of a difference. I was so wrong! The shaft circumference is extra wide so even in a med width they would not fit snug against my calf. I really, really wanted these to fit. Even if they had, the cloth material of the boot would have worn out really quickly I think. They were not up to the usual Avenue standards. So Avenue, when you put up wide calf boots, include some M width for the girls who don't have wide feet.

Comments about Cruz Stretch Back Tall Riding Boot:

The Avenue must have changed shoe vendors this year! The quality both in-store and online (I am returning this pair that i just ordered) is BEYOND pleather-cheap. And the "fabric" part is something that umbrellas should be made from. I tried them on just to see if they might look somewhat better and I couldn't even walk properly in them. The soles were so slippery, that my feet kept sliding on the carpet. Needless to say, I am SO disappointed!!! PLEASE go back to your prior vendor, Avenue!
