- Having Registration or Login Difficulties?
If you are having Registration or Login difficulties, please check the following:
- Your email address can only contain the following: letters - digits - period - dash - underscore - @.
- The password field is case sensitive. You must re-enter your password exactly as you did when you registered. (ex: Password, PASSWORD or password).
- Your password must be a minimum of 8 characters and may consist of letters, numbers, or special characters.
- Go to the Account Login Page and click on Forgot Your Password link. Provide your account email and we will send you an email to reset your password.
- We are unable to offer account registration to our International customers at this time. Because we use a 3rd party to ship our orders out of the United States, international customers have to input their addresses and payment information each time they shop. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

- How Do I View or Modify "My Account"?
Your account information can be accessed anytime by clicking on the My Account button located at the top of every page. You may view or modify your Email Address, Password, Billing Address, Phone Number, and Contact Preferences.
