          Love the tomato red. I'm 5ft tall and I didn't have to hem up the black part . I didn't know the waist was elastic; would not have bought it if I had known becuase i try to creat a waist by using a belt a little higher up. Problem solved by a 3 inch wide belt to cover upt he elastic waist.
          The dress was a nice red, but way too loud and clownish, so I put a black long sleeve Tee over it and a black wide belt over the tea. It works! Some red shows above the black neckline of the Tea shirt and it looks good.
