I have looked all my life (almost 50 years) and thrown away bookoodles of money on bad bra purchases in search of the perfect bra and this is the closest I've come. I'm thrilled with it! I need "industrial strength" bras, I don't care about lacy, frilly, sexy, fancy. You want all that, get your bras at the fancy bra stores, although this one is a little bit of all the above. I just need a bra that supports COMFORTABLY, doesn't give me "peaks" or "pointies" (this ain't the 50's!) doesn't dig into my shoulders, hooks in front without giving me a third n***le and helps get rid of and keeps me from getting back pain. This bra handles it all PLUS it MINIMIZES and stays in place!!! At first I was leery about the slight bit of padding (cuz I don't need any more "there") but in this case, it works to my benefit by giving a smooth look under clothing and no cleavage "pop-over." The only thing I'd like to see this bra have is wider shoulder straps. These work fine, I just prefer a bit wider shoulder strap. Thank you, Avenue! You did it!
