        I'm satisfied with this purchase. They are true to size, stylish, and attractive. I have a wide calf (15.5") and found that these boots are looser in the calf than I'd like. Zippered, the 13W size is about 17"around the calf, so a little looser than I'd like. Another con is that some might find the fauz alligator trim a bit chintzy. But from normal viewing distance, they look fine. Happy customer.

            Note: I have not worn these outside yet!

            This boot is a very nice length. I'm 5'8 they go up to just under my knee.I ordered a size 12W but probably for me, I could have gone with an 11W and they would have fit fine. However my feet are funny like that. It really does depend on the style for me. I can wear some 11-12 regular boots, depending on the heel of the shoe. Wedges must be a 12W for me. Quality is fair for the price. Nice, stretchy material around the entire leg. Could work nicely for those needing a wider shaft boot.

            These are a little slouchy around the ankle. I'm guessing there is a slide down factor there.

            I think these look will work great with skinny jeans or leggings, on date night/party/club wear times. Would likely work well with slightly, above the knee skirts, also.

            Overall, I think they are good for the price!

              I really do LOVE this boot! I originally wanted this boot in black but I got the brown and I actually really like it. I always buy black boots because I just be afraid to step out the box but I really love style (very sexy), the height is comfortable, the shoe is just really comfortable overall especially with me having wide feet. Its not the first foot wear I've purchased from Avenue and it wont be the last. I usually go in the store to buy my shoes but I ordered this boot and it came when it wad expected and I was just pleased. I would definately recommend this shoe to any one especially with a wide foot.
