This dress is absolutely gorgeous. The blue color is beautiful, and the white dots are not a stark white, but a muted grey-white. The way the fabric flows is just stunning, it almost looks like the dress is following you as you walk rather than moving on your body.

It does run big - I normally wear a 22/24 in Avenue dresses, but when I finally ordered only up to size 20 was available. Other reviews said it ran big, so I took a chance with the 20 and its perfect. I could have probably even gone with an 18 but the 20 fits beautifully.

Fair warning, though - the dress is long. I am 5'8" and it is a true maxi on me, almost hitting the floor. I appreciate that as most maxis come above my ankles, but for shorter women the dress may be too long.

Long story short, I loved this dress so much that I ordered the coral version as well!

This is a lovely dress; however, it runs large - I ordered it in a 24 (I'm between a 22 & a 24 in dresses), and it was HUGE. Haven't gotten the 22 yet, but am hoping for the best. Despite the size issues, it seems to be really flattering. I can't wait to wear it to church, work, out on a date, etc. The color as is pictured - it is more of a royal blue than a navy. The gold belt is a nice touch & looks well made - you could wear it with other things easily. All and all, I am glad I ordered this dress, and I am looking forward to getting it in the correct size. Love the dress. Bought the size I typically wear and should've ordered a size smaller. My only complaint is the top. What in the world is going on with the bust area? It's huge, not really flattering. It has too much fabric... I guess they're expecting a DDD cup to fill that area.

It is great dress which I weared twice for party with so-wockers and I've got so many compliments! And I felt me very womanly in it. And my boyfriend just likes me very much in this dress. It looks in real much better than pictures show it.

Couldn't be happier with this purchase. I was worried that the size would run small, but it's quite the opposite really. I should've ordered a size smaller. I love the the belt isn't a tiny belt. It fits around me very well and isn't tight at all. The top is tad too big, and that's only because I can't fill it out. But I am NOT opposed to padding it up a little.

I was a little screptical about this dress as my hips are very curvy. When I got the dress it actually had a nice flow to the hips and the empire waste makes this seem so beautiful.

I received this dress and was so thrilled. It has a beautiful feel to it. The fabric is soft and whispery yet has body. The belt is beautiful and compliments any waist. The only con I have is that the bust is huge. so if you are big busted then you are great I am not. I had to go down a size and still the bust was big but I can adapt that. Overall I love this dress so much I bought the coral color one as well.

I normally wear a 30/32 but can wear some dresses in a 28. I loved this dress and ordered a 28. It was plenty big, I might have even been able to order a 26.
It arrived and I was thrilled! The blue color is striking and just as pictured. The gold belt is a little skinny and I might replace it with an obi belt instead.Length is great (I'm 5'7"), fabric looks very rich. Great purchase!
