        These are cute and plenty of room for the calf! My calves are difficult to ever find boots which will go around them. This boot has a nice 1.5" elastic expansion panel which should accommodate almost everyone. The heel is just the right height to be stylish and a little dressy, and sturdy. I ordered black and brown. I can say the heel on one boot seems to be slightly off center. Not much by looking at it, but when wearing you can feel it. The quality is pretty good but not outstanding. But then, it's not a high priced boot. Great for pants, skirts, anything. I am happy to have them as they will make a lot of my skirts much more easily wearable than trying to find good looking flats for each length.

              Great boot. I have a hard time finding boots that fit my big calves. These I can get on and so I will keep them, but it still feels narrow around the upper calf. I do like the stretchable piece of fabric on the boots near the top. I ordered them in 1 size bigger so I could use inserts to help with padding and comfort as I am on my feet often.

                    I love this boot. I have wide calves, large wide width foot. It as if you all ask me the details of how to create a perfect boot for me. I only wore ankle boots up to this point.
