I bought both the jacket and skirt in 3 different colors. When I bought the first jacket I bought a 26 rather than my usual 22/24 as a review said the arms and armpits ran small. Well, the bust was HUGE on me, while the waist and armholes, everything else, turned out to be almost the same when I got the other 2 in a 24. Good thing I can sew!

LOVE the different colors, bought this in 3 of them with matching skirts AND on sale too! First bought a 26 (usually a 24) cuz reviews said armholes run small. But bust was WA-AY to big, 24 fits fine, armholes Ok too. Colors match skirts perfectly, and because they're not denim blue, kinda like a casual suit!

I had tried numerous times with other companies to find a black jean jacket that fit me correctly. This jacket fits well through the body and the sleeves are long enough. I find the clothes from Jessica London to be proportionally adjusted for size with all the right measurements to fit me and a true fit, like clothes that aren't plus size.

I purchased: ruby, mandarin, black, and white (gray on back order). Very nice traditional weight denim. What I expected from the description. A little stiff as most new 100% cotton denim (not prewashed) should be. I washed and dryed, used fab softener in the rinse and they softened and will continue to soften as good denim should. I have not noticed any fading.
The fit is great, I ordered up one size to allow for shrinking, so far shrinkage has been minimal but I plan for anything 100% cotton to shrink. I intend to wear these different colors with outfits instead of a blaser, to "pop" the outfit.
Mandarin is a wonderful warm, spicy orange not loud in your face, the red is a true red.

Great colors and good fit for this classic jean jacket. One of the three jackets I ordered was shorter--not sure why. However, even with cold water wash/air dry, colors fade. I have the turquoise, purple, and white; only the white washed without significant change in color. I recommend dry cleaning to preserve bright jewel tones. Great casual piece!

However received the jacket about 2 weeks ago.
Put it on to wear tonight for the first time and the middle button fell off. Apparently the machine put it on crooked and it split the button shank. I have not tried the other jacket.

The tan one is a slightly odd color to match but I have some white pants with brown buttons that will work great. I mostly wear them with jeans and to work on casual days. The jacket quality was good. The white was a true, go with anything white. I liked it, but I have trouble with fit on most clothes and this was no exception. The neck and shoulder area was big on me, but the rest of the jack fit nicely. It should fit others pretty true to size.

This jacket is true to size. It is a 14 womans not a misses size 16 passed off as a womans. I like the syling and the fit of this jacket. We ride a motorcycle and the weight of this jacket is just enough so I stay warm from the wind and yet the jacket folds up nicely and can be put into the saddle bag. Over all the jacket was what I wanted. The only problem was the sleeves were a bit snug. There wasn't any room to wear long sleeve shirt underneath it. So, I had to send it back.

Great cut! Sleeves were actually long enough for me and although I would have liked it longer in the back it is acceptable. I need a "tall" women's size. Nobody seems to realize that not all "big" women are 5'5" tall and under!

Berries which includes dark reds and various hues of purple are in for this season and this jacket was just right for this coming fall/winter. It fits well with room to spare and I bought the matching skirt to go with it. It's versatile and can be worn dressed up or dressed down. Either way, I got my monies worth with this purchase. Jessica London Women, you look good on me and this +sized gal thanks you from the bottom of her heart.

The jacket is good "as-is", however, if there were a little stretch (spandex) in the fabric it would be PERFECT! I would also prefer silvertone buttons vs. antiqued brass tone buttons on the color I chose, which is citrus yellow. I'm sure the brass buttons are fine on many of the color selections this jacket is available in. The jacket is comfortable and can be dressed up a bit or very casual. I would order another in a different color.

This jacket is so useful because it has POCKETS! (You cannot imagine how many manufacturers forget pockets). Who doesn't want them???? You've got to have someplace to warm up your hands when the nights turn cold. The jacket has room enough to accommodates a small sweater for added warmth.
The colors of this jacket along with matching pants really make a stunning outfit. A 'must have' for your wardrobe!

Love the versatility and look of this jacket! It tops off a tank top or a sundress beautifully. My favorite is wear it with a light t-shirt and blue jeans. An effortless look. The material is nice too; really durable. You get what you pay for. My only con is that it feels a little snug across the shoulder area. I would have difficulty layering it with heavier materials.

I am very short waisted, so it is hard to find a jean jacket that doesn't look like I bought it in the men's department because it is too long. I absolutely love this jacket. I am in between sizes since losing weight and got it just a bit on the smaller side, so it should fit really well after losing a few more pounds. The sleeve cuffs are a bit snug when buttoned up. Maybe could use 2 buttons to adjust size. Nice heavy denim and beautiful color.

I really have a problem with good fit on my hips, especially with tops that come down to the hips. This product is excellent. It really fits well on my hips... and believe it or not I can actually button it at the hips if I want to... Great product... I have ordered other colors... A very satisfied customer.

The shoulders and sleeves fit okay. A bit tight but not uncomfortable. The only problem is the stomach and waist area. This area is way too big. I will have to have this altered to fit a thinner waist and stomach area. I haven't washed it yet so I have no idea if the sleeves will shorten.

I like to think that a jean jacket in a nice color and jeans the same color are easy to wear for many things. It is also easy to change the look with blouse or shirt underneath. I believe the arms could be longer and not so snug. I have normal length arms and a lot of your long sleeve things seem to assume that all large women have short arms. NOT SO!
